Pick up in-store
This is a free service for all products, including bikes from our store at 49 Wilson St, Wanganui. Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm and Saturday 9.30am-12.30pm.

Delivery Methods and Timeframe
We use Courier Post and Fastway Couriers, all items are tracked and insured.
Orders placed before 2pm should make it on to the courier that day, while we strive for overnight service, please allow up to 3 days for delivery.

Why we won’t ship unbuilt TREK bikes
Due to warranty regulations, Trek bikes must be assembled by a qualified bike mechanic in an approved store. This is an international policy for Trek bikes. Therefore, any Trek Bicycle purchased online must be picked up from Velo Ronny’s or an approved Trek store.

We believe safety and service come first so suggest that all bikes are assembled and checked over by our trained, certified bicycle mechanics.
